Meet Donna
Founder / Host / Executive Producer
Donna Williamson is the creator and host of She Shed Unfiltered™. A seasoned CEO, community leader, and change-maker, Donna brings both professional credibility and deeply lived experience to the microphone. She is known for her authenticity, emotional intelligence, and ability to name the hard truths women often carry silently.
Throughout her career, Donna has led organizations, navigated high-stakes leadership, and built communities grounded in trust and impact. But it is her personal journey, shaped by early adversity, heartbreak, grief, reinvention, and rebuilding, that gives She Shed Unfiltered™ its soul. She speaks from the intersection of steadiness and vulnerability, creating conversations that feel less like interviews and more like exhalations.
Born from a season where silence no longer felt like safety, She Shed Unfiltered is a platform for women who are tired of being “fine,” done with fixing, and ready to speak freely, without judgment or expectation. Donna offers presence, listening, and a space where complexity is allowed.
Meet Meg
Co-Host / Creative Lead
Meg Stewart is a writer, business owner and single mum to a 9-year-old daughter. Based in Halifax, NS, she runs MEG MEDIA, a marketing firm helping female founders build marketing strategies in a sustainable way. She also volunteers as a mentor for the NSCC Public Relations program and the NSCC Entrepreneur Mentor Program.
When she's not working or chasing her ginger pirate around, Meg enjoys cold plunging in the ocean with friends, hiking and playing pool. Meg kicked off her career in broadcasting, working as a chase producer with CBC Radio in Toronto. She Shed Unfiltered™ is her first podcast.

Nelly wasn’t just around for the good stuff.
She was there when things were heavy, messy, and uncertain.
She’s been by my side through the hardest seasons, when things were uncertain, when I was rebuilding, when showing up felt heavy. She never asked questions. She never needed explanations. She just sat close and reminded me that presence matters.
Before this was a podcast or a brand, the shed was just a place to land. We called it Nelly’s Pub, somewhere to have a drink, share a laugh, or not say much at all.
She isn’t our mascot. She’s my best friend, loving me unconditionally, even through her own illness. When everything else felt unstable, she was my constant.
That spirit lives in everything we’re building here.
Nelly & Co. Creative Studio exists because of loyalty, resilience, and the kind of love that doesn’t leave when things get hard.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply stay.
